How can I replace a lost or stolen card?

Make sure to let us know as soon as possible. We will cancel your old card, issue a new one and transfer your points to it.

Can I swap my PariPlus points for any non-wager rewards?

In the future you will be able to use your PariPlus points to obtain products or services from our establishments and those of our outside partners. Full details will be made available at our establishments and on our Web site.

How can I learn of program offers?

Offers will be posted at racetracks, HippoClubs and www.attractionshippiques.com. Information on the program and its exclusive offers can also be mailed to you. If you don’t wish to receive such mailings, please ask one of our Customer Service representatives to remove your name from our distribution list at any time.

Can my personal information be used for other purposes?
